My services are delivered with a person-centred approach and make use of a variety of modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Solution-Focussed Therapy and Hypnotherapy.

Anxiety & Depression:

Anxiety, to a degree, is common and natural, however, it can become so overwhelming that it impacts your life and wellbeing. Holistically, it will interfere in your mental and physical health, your relationships, professional life, even obscuring your ability to think clearly, your aptitudes and strengths. 

Counselling combined with hypnotherapy is an effective way to help manage anxiety and depression. In the therapeutical process we collaborate to achieve your goals as you become aware of factors and effects that cause anxiety, and learn coping skills and techniques that should help you to sustain a healthy life.

Low Self-Esteem:
